Uncapped offers investment capital ranging from £10k to £5m through a revenue share agreement.
As a part of the promotional offer we will refund all fees incurred for up to £50,000 of your Advance spent for marketing using an Uncapped payment card issued to you by us.
We don't take equity, personal guarantees, warrants, or hidden fees. The amount accessible is based on your actual business performance.
Financing is subject to fixed 3-month repayment terms.
Amounts over £50,000 and Advances issued by cash or via our Invoice Payment Assistant will be subject to our standard fees and charges and will not be refunded.
We typically charge a flat fee on capital starting at 6% with repayments in line with monthly revenues, taken as a percentage of sales. This is not an interest rate.
Refunds will be issued to your nominated account when you have repaid your Advance and the associated fees outlined under Key Terms.
To be eligible, you must be a first-time customer, pass all our underwriting criteria including due diligence checks, and connect all necessary bank, payment services or accounting platforms.
Your business must also be UK or Europe-based to be eligible for the offer.
