This is the first reseal I've ever recieved. After buying thousands of dollars worth of pokemon and mtg over the years from amazon and other major online sites, this is the first reseal I've gotten. The front was Wizards of the coast logo and poorly fused back with a plain piece. I hesitated on seeing that because the seam looked not right. But it had the wizard logo on the front so I opened the outer. The booster packs are all damaged and have holes and discolorations from glue and a heating iron. Very poor attempt to pass off reseals. Very expensive mistake for anyone to make if you open them. I didn't. I'm returning.Side note, it IS possible that some people will recieve untampered product and some people will recieve tampered, as I and a few others obviously did. That's great for all those who recieved good product. But it doesn't mean those who recieved very evidently tampered product are wrong either. Like I said, I've bought lots of good product from Amazon. Got two great sealed boxes last week for another set. I just advise if you choose to purchase, very carefully inspect before opening any packs.UPDATE: Amazon let me return the suspected reseal one I recieved. I hadn't opened any of the packs. I did get another that was legit, although 2 cards were placed in backwards which can happen. I had about 4 mythics, at least three of some value, and I doubt a resealer would leave those. I will say that I have had 3 different boxes of these from different retailers now, and for whatever reason these packs do sometimes have holes and not fully sealed at the corners. I don't know why that is. The single blister pack ones aren't that way that I've seen for this set's collector boosters. But I've had some big pulls out of these so I know they weren't reseals. Really odd. I think the biggest telltale on these is the quality of shrinkwrap job.UPDATE 2: I decided to give Amazon another shot since I had a good experience after the bad one and like I said, this had been the first time having a bad experience with trading cards on Amazon. This time, they didn't even try. I recieved an open box with not a single booster pack in it. Loose cards ans a rubber band put around the box. I contacted customer service about this one I was so upset. I'm done. I will not trust Amazon for trading cards unless it's a preorder I know is getting shipped out right when they get stock.

There seem to be a lot of reviews reporting a day 1 repack. While I'm not saying its impossible, it certainly doesn't seem at all likely. A day 1 repack means someone from the supply chain was opening boxes and resealing them before actually knowing the value of the set. Seems like a lot of risk for very little reward, especially when the last two sets (Innistrad) are terrible value.

My experience was good. I received my box a day earlier than predicted (pre-ordered). It was well wrapped and had no external damage. My packs seemed like they did not fully seal at the tip of the corners but they were factory sealed and all legit.

Kamigawa Neon Dynasty is refreshingly great. The art is phenomenal, the cards are playable across multiple formats and the mechanics are rock solid. This set brings new and interesting concepts to the table by introducing expanding upon existing mechanics, adding new vehicles and creating saga's that turn into creatures. The set is so good I don't even care about the value. But while we're at it, the value is amazing too.

The set price will inevitably drop over but most of my packs held at cost value meaning I got what I paid for. I ended up opening two packs that paid for my entire box so the rest of my packs were delicious icing on the top. I plan to buy another - not because I'm chasing financial gains but because this set is just that good.

If you're on the fence between a collectors or a set booster box and you want the bling, get the collectors box. Just know it's a gamble and you may not get the high value cards or the ones you want. If you don't want to gamble but what to get a lot of the set's cards then pickup a set booster box at your LGS. It's packed full of value and you wont walk away disappointed.

With all of the scamming lately concerning MTG packs sold on Amazon I was pretty skeptical about this purchase. However, I was delighted to see my Kamigawa: Neon Dynasty collectors pack came un-altered. I recorded the video for evidence in case I was scammed, but as you can see, the pack was un-opened and all of the packs were sealed. My only frustration is that I only pulled a few good cards, but that's the nature of the beast.

The way WotC works, it's probably a very bad idea to invest in these things for resale, but at $210, these collector packs almost break-even on fun and value and I don't think it's possible to regret opening them.

The set overall has some amazing flavor and some great cards.
    • Reviewed in the United States on February 19, 2022
These cards look fantastic in-person. I wasn't sure about the art of this set when the spoilers happened, but now that I'm seeing the cards, it works. The foiling is gorgeous. There are so many good/cool cards in this set. The dragons, sagas, and full art lands are super cool, and the set is filled with powerful cards. It's great for both collectors and players.

I think the pull rates for the new etched and neon ink foils is super low though so don't expect to get one, it may be like 1 per 24 boxes for inked and 1 in 3 boxes for etched.

Also the distribution is super annoying, I got a LOT of duplicates when I shouldn't have. I also had quite a few foil sagas that were warped/curled out of the pack... Some QC issues as always with foils, which it seems like Wizards will never fix. At least none of my rares/mythics were messed up.

And people, your preorders if ordered from Amazon (and not a 3rd party) were NOT REPACKED. Amazon is an MTG distributor meaning the boxes went straight from WOTC to Amazon, and Amazon has no idea how to repack TCG cards. Just because you got awful pulls and a lot of dups doesn't mean it was repacked, it means the distribution and pulls of the set are awful. It's WOTC's fault.
